INCENTIVE Replication Guide and Toolkit Workshop
Online09:00
De 21 Nov até 21 Nov, 2023
⏳ Registration is open until 20 November, 2023.
The INCENTIVE project aims to demonstrate the potential of citizen science through the co-creation, establishment and assessment of Citizen Science Hubs in four EU Universities. By doing so, the project accelerates the transition of these institutions to more inclusive, open and democratic innovation and scientific governance, under the principles of Responsible Research and Innovation. The project seeks to deliver a legacy to European and international research institutes on how to create and operate their own Hub with the aim to secure a sustainable future.
One of the final and main results and outcomes of the INCENTIVE project is the production of a replication guide and toolkit. The aim of this guide is to serve as a practical tool for RPFOs on their journey to institutionalising citizen science. It will include roadmaps and lessons learned throughout the project, providing practical recommendations, methodologies and tools to overcome potential barriers and obstacles in the process.
To ensure that the replication guide and toolkit is as practical and valuable as possible, we would like to invite citizen science practitioners, researchers and relevant stakeholders to provide their experiences, feedback and thoughts as we present the first version of the document.
Join us for a workshop to exchange ideas, discuss lessons learned and share personal stories on the road to institutionalising citizen science. Come join us for an interactive session!
